Sr. Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, promoting housing and mortgage loan products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and source potential customers for housing/mortgage loans through field visits, references, and networking. Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers. Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure timely submission of documents. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and business targets. Maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and RBI/Bank guidelines. Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and loan melas to generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not mandatory if experienced). 0-3 years of experience in sales (Banking/NBFC/Housing Finance preferred). Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply. Good knowledge of housing/mortgage loan products will be an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
