Senior Sales (Strategy & Closures - Kandivali Office)

Location: Kandivali West (Head Office)

Shift time :10:00am to 6:00pm
Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate Sales (including strategy & closures)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week, working on the site over the weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Handle high-value clients and close premium deals. Mentor and support the sales team with strategies for lead conversions. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Drive end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation and documentation. Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' proven experience in Real Estate Sales. Strong business acumen and ability to develop sales strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven track record of high-ticket deal closures. Ability to work independently and drive results.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
