Job Profile Overview:-
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential buyers and sellers through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Conduct property viewings, explain features, and answer queries to build trust with clients.
Sales Support: Assist senior executives in negotiations and closing deals, ensuring smooth transactions.
Marketing Activities: Promote properties via online listings, social media, and advertisements.
Documentation: Help prepare contracts, agreements, and maintain accurate sales records.
Market Research: Stay updated on property trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Reporting: Present weekly/monthly sales reports to management
