We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
Set individual and team sales targets and ensure timely achievement
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
Handle major negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and prepare sales forecasts
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience
Minimum
3-7 years
of experience in sales, with at least
1-3 years
in a managerial role
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B/B2C sales
Industry-specific knowledge (if applicable)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
