This role is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of SaaS products and experience in B2B sales, looking to make a real impact in a rapidly growing AI company.

What you need for this role



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years in a SaaS product-based company in a client-facing sales role.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of SaaS-based sales processes. Familiarity with CRM tools and demo platforms. Strong ability to grasp and explain technical concepts in a simple manner.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. High attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset. Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented attitude.

What you will be doing



Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs and qualify them. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations tailored to the client's use case. Gain in-depth knowledge of the BotPenguin platform to effectively communicate its features and benefits. Understand client pain points and clearly articulate how BotPenguin can address them. Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities using CRM tools. Drive the negotiation process, address objections, and close deals. Collaborate with the

Product & Customer Success Teams

to provide feedback and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Perform additional tasks as deemed fit by the company, which may include training junior resources or assisting the Operations teams with tech-related queries.
