Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Coordinator at Flymedia Technology located in Ludhiana. The Sales Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for communication with clients, sales activities, event planning, writing reports, and project management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

:-

Coordinate with Clients via call or Mail or visit clients places. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports. Maintain records of sales leads, customer interactions. Follow up with clients (doctors, hospitals, dealers, and patients) regarding inquiries, quotations, and deliveries. Handle customer queries regarding orthotics products, usage, and availability. Track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and support management with data-driven insights.
Requirements -

2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service. Excellent communication skills in English.
