We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing ERP software company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of our ERP solutions. You will play a key role in understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our ERP platform can improve their business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
: Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Client Engagement
: Meet with prospects to understand their business processes and present tailored ERP solutions.
Product Demonstration
: Work with the technical team to arrange demos and answer client questions about features, benefits, and ROI.
Sales Cycle Management
: Manage the entire sales cycle - from initial contact to closing deals and signing contracts.
Target Achievement
: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
CRM Management
: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration
: Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Market Intelligence
: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in ERP systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of business processes across departments like finance, inventory, HR, or manufacturing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
