Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new OEM clients and business opportunities within the assigned region.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Present and promote company products to potential clients in the
plywood, laminate, and MDF segments
.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in
industrial/B2B sales
in the
manufacturing or building material
sector.
Strong background in selling
plywood, laminates, panels, or MDF boards
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
