Role Overview



The Sales Executive will be responsible for

in-store sales, customer engagement, and product promotion

. The role requires passion for healthy living, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive sales attitude to drive awareness and sales of jaggery and superfood products.

Key Responsibilities



Welcome and assist customers in choosing from jaggery and superfood product ranges. Educate customers about health benefits, usage ideas, and unique qualities of our products. Achieve sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly) and support outlet growth. Manage attractive product display, maintain stock levels, and ensure outlet hygiene. Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately. Collect and analyze customer feedback to support repeat sales and loyalty. Actively participate in tastings, sampling campaigns, and promotions to boost sales. Stay updated on nutrition, superfood trends, and new product launches.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Interest in health, nutrition, and traditional food products. Sales-driven with strong convincing power. Basic knowledge of inventory handling and POS systems. Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications



Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. 1-2 years of experience in

retail/FMCG/organic food sales

preferred. Freshers passionate about sales and healthy products are encouraged to apply.
