Job Summary:


Responsible for driving sales performance through end-to-end management of the sales process from lead sourcing to deal closure. The role involves handling site operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the complete sales cycle: lead sourcing, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure. Handle site operations, client visits, and project presentations. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and customer engagement. Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements:



Graduate/MBA with 6 - 10 years of experience in real estate sales. Proven experience in site handling and end-to-end sales management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
