Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting market expansion. The role involves field sales, client visits, negotiation, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Promote company products/services and generate inquiries
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
Ensure timely collection of payments
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
Identify opportunities for product improvement or new launches
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts
Maintain accurate customer and sales data

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹44,204.76 per month
