Role Overview
We are looking for passionate, result-driven
Sales Executives / Managers
who excel in B2B & Direct Sales. Candidates with exhibition, events, real estate, luxury, or high-ticket sales experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients for exhibition space sales
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Pitch solutions to senior professionals, CXOs & business owners
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates
Coordinate with internal teams for execution and client servicing
Required Skills & Experience
1-6 years of experience in B2B / Direct Sales (exhibitions, real estate, luxury, media preferred)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle high-ticket sales and conversions
Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated by incentives
Ability to build long-term relationships with decision-makers
