The Sales is responsible for supporting the sales team, managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and smooth operations of the sales department, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties of a Sales in the safety industry include:
B2B & B2C Sales:
Managing both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales of Industrial safety training .
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
Identifying new clients, generating leads, and acquiring new business for safety products and solutions.
Developing Sales Strategies:
Creating and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Quotation & Negotiation:
Preparing detailed and accurate quotations for clients based on specific requirements and negotiating payment terms.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Market Analysis:
Understanding industry trends and market dynamics related to safety products.
Product Knowledge:
Possessing in-depth technical knowledge of the safety products being sold (e.g., telecom and non-telecom services & industrial safety Training services. , etc.).
Reporting:
Analyzing sales data and reporting on business activities and results to management.
Travel:
Being available to travel to client locations as needed to conduct presentations and close sales.
