Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Conversion:

Follow up on leads provided through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals. Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and field activities.

Client Engagement:

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options. Arrange and conduct site visits, project presentations, and property walkthroughs.

Sales Closure:

Negotiate deals and close property sales. Coordinate with developers and internal teams for documentation and booking formalities.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated with current real estate trends, upcoming projects, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM tools. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on performance and client feedback.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business and referrals. Ensure a smooth and positive post-sales experience for the customer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
