Arrange and conduct site visits, project presentations, and property walkthroughs.
Sales Closure:
Negotiate deals and close property sales.
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for documentation and booking formalities.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated with current real estate trends, upcoming projects, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on performance and client feedback.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for future business and referrals.
Ensure a smooth and positive post-sales experience for the customer.
