Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction. Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Good understanding of CRM software and MS Office tools. Willingness to travel as needed.
