Job Overview:
The
Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating leads, and managing client relationships for our farmhouse plot projects. This role involves a blend of field sales, marketing strategy execution, and customer engagement to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Conduct site visits with prospective clients and provide detailed presentations about the property and investment benefits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Marketing & Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local and digital marketing campaigns.
Manage promotional activities such as exhibitions, events, and on-site marketing drives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend effective marketing strategies.
Coordinate with digital marketing partners to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build strong rapport with clients through professional communication and follow-ups.
Assist clients through the entire purchase process, including documentation and registration.
Ensure a seamless and customer-friendly sales experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field
2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or marketing (preferably in land/farmhouse projects).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of real estate laws, RERA compliance, and property documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
