We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and other services. Conduct gym tours for potential members and highlight key features and benefits. Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person to convert them into members. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members to ensure a positive customer experience. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Participate in local marketing efforts, promotions, and community events to generate leads. Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales using CRM or tracking software. Stay informed about all gym offerings, membership pricing, promotions, and competitors. Collaborate with the front desk and personal training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new members.

Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in the fitness industry is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. High energy, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a gym, fitness studio, or health-related environment. Knowledge of fitness trends and services. Certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
