We are looking for a dedicated Tele-Sales Executive with prior experience in the Dairy/FMCG sector. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, order booking, customer coordination, backend software usage, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
for order booking, product inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
Enter and manage orders in
backend sales/CRM software
accurately.
Coordinate with logistics/distribution team to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain daily call logs, sales reports, and MIS in system.
Build strong rapport with regular clients (retailers/distributors/institutions).
Provide product information, schemes, and offers to customers.
Ensure
availability during weekends and festivals
(as these are peak sales periods).
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred).
Prior experience in Dairy / FMCG sales support / tele-calling.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales/call targets.
Strong computer skills - MS Office, Email, CRM/ERP software.
Customer-focused, disciplined, and punctual.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant FMCG/Dairy experience.
2-5 years of tele-sales / back-office sales coordination experience.
Work Schedule:
6 days working
(Monday-Saturday)
No leaves on weekends/festivals
(peak demand days)
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed salary:
?25,000 - ?30,000 per month
(based on experience)
