Sr. Sales Executive
to join our existing team in Pune. Candidates will be responsible for sales and promotion of our products to existing and potential dealers. The work profile will require travelling for one-on-one meeting with existing dealers as well as focusing on expanding dealer network in the allocated region, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential new dealers and generate leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote products/services and build relationships with customers and industry professionals.
Collaborate with other managers and support staff to achieve sales targets and promote the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
Experience of 2 to 4 years in sales field.
Candidate with at least a Bachelor's degree in any domain.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
