About the Role:

We're looking for smart, driven, and well-spoken

Sr. Sales Executives

with prior real estate experience to handle site visits, client follow-ups, and closures for premium residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in and scheduled site visits Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions Regular follow-ups with prospects and active pipeline management Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates and deal support Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in real estate sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Presentable and confident in client interactions Strong knowledge of Kharadi and East Pune micro-markets is a plus
