CTC- 4.8 LPA

EXP - 2 YEARS

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel and engineering market.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat

business.

? Understand client requirements and provide suitable product/technical solutions.

? Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market

trends.

? Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.

? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.

? Collaborate with the technical/engineering team to provide customized solutions.

? Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, leads, and customer feedback.

? Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.

? Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a

related field (preferred).

? Proven experience (2-5 years) in sales within the steel, construction, or

engineering industry.

? Strong knowledge of steel products (structural steel, plates, coils, fabrication

materials) and engineering solutions.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

? Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technical requirements.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

? Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

Compensation

? ?30,000 - ?35,000 per month (Based on experience & skills + Incentives)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 per year
