Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of residential flats/apartments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales to meet or exceed sales targets. You must have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell residential flats/apartments to prospective buyers. Conduct site visits and property tours for clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on available properties. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, online platforms, walk-ins, and referrals. Prepare and deliver presentations on projects to clients and investors. Negotiate and close deals in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools. Coordinate with marketing and legal teams for documentation and promotional material. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, pricing, and inventory. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role (especially in selling flats/apartments). Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to understand clients' needs and offer suitable property solutions. Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory guidelines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours when required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:



Valid real estate license (if applicable in your region). Multilingual abilities to cater to diverse clients. Experience working with real estate developers or large residential projects.

Compensation:



Fixed monthly salary + attractive commission/incentive structure. Performance-based bonuses. Travel allowance (if applicable).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
