Requisites:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in Power Quality products (capacitor, AHF, SVG, STATCOM) Strong understanding of Power Quality technology and applications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage client requirements, solve problems, and deliver solutions independently Organized with good multitasking and time management skills Professional attitude, with customer-first approach Willingness to travel and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base in the Power Quality sector Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis Understand customer requirements and offer technical solutions using products like capacitors, AHF, SVG, and STATCOM Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Present and demonstrate Power Quality solutions to prospective customers Prepare quotations and technical proposals in collaboration with internal teams Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities Maintain updated knowledge of products and communicate their benefits effectively Generate reports, maintain sales data, and support business forecasting Coordinate with internal departments for project execution and client support Provide after-sales technical assistance and ensure client satisfaction Perform other business development and client coordination duties as required
