Job Title: Experienced Sales Person

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in selling capital goods, preferably in the automobile, packaging, or automation industry. As a sales expert, you'll handle end-to-end sales processes, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable machines

- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships

- Negotiate and close transactions

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in capital goods

- Previous experience in automobile, packaging, or automation industry is a plus

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Compensation:

- Basic Salary: ?40,000 - ?45,000 per month

- Incentive: ?10,000 - ?60,000 per month (performance-based)
