We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our computer sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling used computers, laptops, and accessories, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
-Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products.
-Explain product features, specifications, and benefits of used/refurbished computers and accessories.
-Provide honest and transparent information regarding product conditions, warranties, and pricing.
-Prepare and present sales quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.
-Maintain records of daily sales, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
-Coordinate with the technical team to ensure products are tested, serviced, and ready for sale.
-Assist in arranging product displays, showroom maintenance, and stock organization.
-Follow up with existing customers for repeat sales and referrals.
-Stay updated with the latest computer models, market prices, and competitor offers.
-Meet monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
-Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) / Diploma / Degree in any field.
-Prior experience in computer sales or electronics retail is preferred.
-Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and accessories.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
-Basic knowledge of billing and sales reporting.
Work Conditions
-Shop-based role with direct customer interaction.
-Location: Calicut, Kerala
-Working hours: 09:30 to 08:300, Monday to Saturday
Salary & Benefits
-Fixed salary + sales incentives.
