Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Executive who is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth for the organisation. The role involves a mix of strategic planning, sales, and marketing activities aimed at expanding the company's market presence and increasing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and industry trends. Analyze competitors' strategies to stay ahead in the market. Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Create compelling proposals and presentations to pitch products or services to clients. Lead Generation and Management: Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and referrals. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and follow up diligently to convert leads into sales. Partnership Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore partnerships and joint ventures. Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and business development strategies. Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company's mission and values.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development, typically 2-5 years. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
