Role Overview
We're looking for a
dynamic Sales Executive
to drive business growth in the Ambala region. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, comfortable with fieldwork, and eager to build lasting relationships with clients in the solar energy space.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients (residential, commercial, and industrial) for solar installations.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Present and promote solar solutions to prospects with clarity and confidence.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for site surveys and project execution.
Maintain records of sales activities, customer feedback, and follow-ups.
Stay updated on solar energy trends, government policies, and incentive schemes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA or Diploma in Marketing/Energy preferred).
1-3 years of experience
in sales -- preferably in solar, electrical, or industrial products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel locally.
Basic understanding of solar systems will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
