We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will understand customer needs, present products or services effectively, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and potential clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1-2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to travel as required
