Sales Executive - Pergola & Metal Fabrication



Experience

Minimum 2 years field sales experience

(Construction / Building Materials / Fabrication / Modular / Architectural products preferred)

Location



On-field + office coordination (local city & nearby regions)

Role Overview



The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting architects/builders/customers on-site, understanding requirements, coordinating with design & production teams, and closing pergola & fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Field Sales



Visit

Independent House Owner,

architects, builders, villa owners, commercial properties

Generate enquiries for

Pergolas, Gazebos, Metal Fabrication, Custom Structures

Conduct

site visits, measurements, and requirement discussions


2. Customer Handling



Explain product options, materials, finishes, and pricing clearly Build trust with customers through professional follow-ups Handle objections and negotiate within approved margins

3. Coordination



Coordinate with

design, estimation & production teams

Ensure accurate handover from sales to execution Track project progress and keep customer informed

4. Closing & Revenue



Achieve

monthly sales targets

Prepare quotations and assist in final closures Ensure advance collection as per company policy

5. Reporting



Daily field visit & lead update in CRM / Excel Weekly pipeline and closure reporting to Sales Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum

2 years of on-field sales experience

Exposure to

construction, interiors, fabrication, modular, or allied industries

Ability to read

basic drawings & site measurements

(preferred) Strong communication & negotiation skills Comfortable with outdoor/site-based sales Basic knowledge of

Excel / WhatsApp / CRM

Two-wheeler mandatory (fuel allowance applicable)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
