Role Overview
We are hiring across functions including Sales, Credit, Collections, and Operations for various locations across India. You will play a key role in building
our clean mobility financing ecosystem while owning outcomes that create real-world social and environmental impact.
Typical Responsibilities of Senior Sales Executive
Customer engagement and onboarding
Partner/channel relationship management
Credit appraisal, field verification, or documentation
Portfolio tracking, collections, or asset monitoring
Data entry and reporting via digital platforms
Process improvement and team collaboration
Managing repossession and resale processes in accordance with company policies.
What Makes a Good Candidate
2 years of experience in retail lending, preferably asset-backed or vehicle finance
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, field-enabled environment
Proficient in regional language(s) with working knowledge of English
Familiarity with Excel & basic knowledge of computer, digital systems, CRMs, or loan processing tools
Stable employment history (no job changes <1 year recently)
The candidate must possess a two-wheeler or have access to a personal vehicle.

Prior work with CV/EV finance, clean tech lending, or new-age NBFCs (e.g., Turno, Vidyut)
