JOB DESCRIPTION:

Product Expertise:

Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Textile Chemicals products, their applications, and current industry trends.

Marketing Strategy:

Collaborate in creating marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics to achieve sales targets.

Customer Engagement:

Build and nurture relationships with customers, prospects, and industry partners to effectively promote products and solutions.

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance, training, and product demonstrations to customers to ensure optimal product usage and satisfaction.

Market Intelligence

: Gather and analyze market data, monitor competitor activities, and collect customer feedback to inform strategic marketing decisions.

Sales Tracking:

Monitor distributor sales, assess market share, and evaluate customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Dealer Communication:

Regularly update dealers on new products, promotions, and company news to ensure they are well-informed and equipped to sell effectively.

Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers and dealers to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.

Support Provision:

Supply dealers with necessary marketing materials, technical support, and exceptional customer service to enhance their sales efforts.
