Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven candidate to lead Sales to lead developer relationships, manage luxury client sales, and oversee project-level performance.

Role Overview:



The AGM - Sales will drive both developer partnerships and client acquisitions across high-end residential and commercial projects. The role requires deep market expertise, a strong network with developers and HNI clients, and proven leadership in scaling project sales while maintaining premium client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developer Relationship Management



Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with leading developers in Gurgaon/NCR. Negotiate mandates, project tie-ups, and exclusive sales rights. Serve as the primary liaison for all communications, pricing discussions, and inventory management with developers. Collaborate with developers on project positioning, marketing plans, and sales strategies.

2. Project Sales & Bookings



Lead end-to-end project sales activities to achieve booking and revenue targets. Organize and execute project launches, booking drives, and roadshows. Monitor absorption rates, optimize sales velocity, and ensure compliance with developer protocols. Oversee client onboarding, documentation, and closure processes.

3. Client Sales (Luxury Segment)



Identify, engage, and convert HNI and UHNI clients for luxury residential and commercial projects. Deliver personalized property consultations and curated site visits. Build long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring trust, discretion, and service excellence. Maintain a portfolio of premium clients and generate repeat and referral business. Stay updated on luxury property trends, micro-market movements, and premium inventory insights.

4. Strategic Sales Planning



Design and implement targeted sales campaigns based on project positioning and client demographics. Share real-time market insights and competitor analysis with developers and internal teams. Collaborate with marketing for high-impact promotions, events, and digital campaigns.

5. Leadership & Team Management



Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet project-level KPIs. Conduct regular training on project details, client handling, and luxury sales techniques. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with company and developer goals.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong developer and client network in Gurgaon/NCR luxury market. Proven success in securing mandates and closing high-value deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Strong leadership and people management skills. In-depth knowledge of Gurgaon's premium residential and commercial segments. Strategic thinker with strong execution and follow-through.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with focus on luxury or premium segment. Demonstrated track record in developer management and high-ticket client sales.
