Understanding client requirements and working proactively with the client as to make a solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company goals and growth targets.
Identify, prospect and generate new business opportunities (startups, SMEs, large enterprises) for our digital services (web/app development, SEO/SEM, social media, performance marketing, branding).
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentation/demonstration of services, proposal development, negotiation, closing deals and handover to delivery teams.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to upsell additional services and ensure client retention.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to refine offerings, customise solutions and create compelling sales collateral.
Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports and forecast revenue. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor offerings and market developments; provide market feedback to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience (typically 3?5+ years or more) in B2B sales (preferably in digital marketing, web/app development or technology services).
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to build relationships with decision?makers and handle complex sales processes.
Good understanding of digital marketing/web/app development services; ability to articulate value and ROI to clients.
Target?driven, self?motivated, with a hunger for closing business and exceeding targets.
Ability to work in a fast?paced agency environment, collaborate with cross?functional teams and adapt to change.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
