Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue customer quotations in line with company pricing policies.
Track enquiries and maintain updated records of customer requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and sales team to ensure conversion of enquiries into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with field sales executives to update and close opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers through effective spoken communication (English & Hindi).
Ensure timely responses to customer calls, emails, and queries.
Work closely with internal teams to support order execution.
Preferred Profile:
Industry Experience: Switchgear / Electrical industry background, Siemens-specific experience highly preferred.
Strong communication skills (spoken & written) in English and Hindi.
Female candidates preferred.
Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
Customer-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Engineering or Business background preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
