Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of civil and interior works and proven experience in selling construction services. The role requires building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities within the construction and interior sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Promote and sell construction services related to civil and interior works. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction industry. Good understanding of civil and interior work processes. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle client queries and provide quick solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
