Job Title: Senior Sales ExecutiveJob Summary
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate products or solutions
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Mentor junior sales executives and support team performance improvement
Provide regular sales reports and insights to management

Qualifications

Experience handling key accounts and large-value deals

Achievement of sales revenue and growth targets
Number of new clients acquired
Client retention and satisfaction rates
Sales pipeline value and conversion rates

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
