Develop long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
Arrange and conduct property site visits for potential buyers.
Highlight key features, benefits, and investment potential of the property.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment plans to close deals.
Assist clients with booking formalities, documentation, and payment procedures.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and sales transactions.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and complete
