The Opportunity - Inside Sales Executive



We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic

Inside Sales Executive

to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, connecting with potential clients such as

electrical dealers, architects, interior designers, and project consultants

, and supporting the field sales team to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of customer engagement, and an interest in

smart home and automation technologies

.

Salary Range



?12,000 - ?20,000 per month

(depending on experience and interview performance)

Please note: This role is best suited for candidates with

1-3 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and digital leads. Identify potential clients and qualify leads based on business fit and interest level. Present and explain

Primezen's product range

-- Touch Panels, Smart Switches, and Automation Solutions -- through calls, online demos, and virtual meetings. Coordinate with the field sales team for client follow-ups, product demos, and order closures. Maintain a structured sales funnel and CRM data for tracking leads and performance. Follow up with interested prospects for quotation discussions and payment confirmations. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, exhibitions, and promotions. Prepare and share daily or weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, or a related field

(preferred). Proven experience in

inside sales, tele-sales, or customer engagement

, preferably in

lighting, electrical, or home automation industry

. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills in English and Hindi. Ability to handle multiple leads efficiently with a customer-first approach. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools

. Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
