Role Overview
We are hiring a results-driven
Sales Executive
to be at the forefront of our business growth. You will focus on acquiring new salon and spa partners onto the Trakky.in platform. This role is strictly open for
Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar-based candidates only

You will manage the end-to-end sales process, from generating initial interest to contract closure, directly impacting our market presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads and prospect actively
to identify potential salon and spa partners in the Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar region.
Conduct engaging sales meetings and presentations to clearly demonstrate the value of Trakky.in to potential partners.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms
to successfully close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong initial relationships with onboarded partners to ensure a smooth transition and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide valuable market feedback and ensure customer needs are met by the product.
Manage and accurately report on your sales pipeline and activity using a CRM system.
Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm during all sales and networking activities.
Stay informed on local market competition and trends within the beauty and wellness industry.
Strict Candidate Requirements
Minimum
2.5-3 years
of professional experience in
direct Sales
or Business Development.
Must be a resident of
Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar
- candidates from other locations will be rejected without review.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.
Excellent command of verbal communication, convincing, and negotiation skills in English and local languages (Gujarati/Hindi).
Self-motivated, highly energetic, and driven to achieve targets.
Must be willing to travel locally within the assigned territory for client acquisition.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience selling technology, SaaS, or listing services (B2B).
Familiarity with sales tracking tools or CRM software.
Existing network or knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
