Responsibilities:
Accountability
Responsible for initiating & driving existing customer to premium services / upgrade.
Responsible for identifying the gaps in customers' business operations & leverage them to drive revenue.
Coordinating with Inventory Management team to address customers' challenges.
Handling customers' inquiries & concern; encourage them for service upgrades.
Providing product demos about service upgrades.
Conduct surveys & take feedbacks from existing customers and bridge the gaps by promoting services upgrade.
Exceptional with communication (Eng, Hindi & Telugu) verbal & written.
Proficient using all Microsoft Tools (Office - Excel, Word, PPT; Outlook, Teams etc.
Product Knowledge & Customer Management.
International Voice process experience.
Scope
Managing the sales process from lead to closing opportunity
Implementing the sales strategies as per our presence, both geographically and association presence
Collaborate and Co ordinate with different commercial teams, field marketing and remote
Managing the sales pipeline and filling the funnel
Team building and have a bigger scope in terms of targets
assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree(Any)
Experience:
o 6+ years of experience in international voice process.
o Proven track record of generating sales leads & upsales.
o Experience in mentoring a team of sales.
o Strong understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, and sales strategy.
