Job Description

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying clients, generating leads, and closing sales for medical equipment in the Ahmedabad region. The role involves building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert leads into sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable medical equipment. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular field visits and report market insights. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements

Experience:

1-2 years in field sales (medical/healthcare equipment sales preferred).

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Science/Medical background preferred).

Skills:

Strong communication & negotiation skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently. Knowledge of the Ahmedabad market preferred. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Compensation

Salary:

Up to ₹35,000 per month
