To generate and expand sales for Aditi Techno LLP's
rubber toys and silicone kitchen items
, build strong customer relationships, and achieve business growth in domestic and/or international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities for
rubber toys and silicone kitchenware
in B2B and B2C markets.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers across regions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Conduct
market research
to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms with clients.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for
order execution and timely delivery
.
Represent the company in
trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Suggest promotional strategies and assist in brand-building activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven track record of achieving
sales targets in FMCG, kitchenware, or toy manufacturing industry
.
Strong understanding of
distribution networks and retail sales channels
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage corporate clients and institutional buyers.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market development.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in
Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
.
5-7 years of experience in
sales of rubber/silicone products, kitchenware, toys, FMCG, or consumer durables
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
