Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Call and engage with potential leads generated through performance marketing campaigns.
Understand customer needs and confidently pitch relevant skincare products.
Follow up on warm and cold leads to improve conversions.
Explain product features, benefits, usage, and offers in a clear and relatable way.
Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and conversion reports using CRM/Google Sheets.
Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
Resolve queries and objections with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams for a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
Confident, energetic, and target-driven approach.
Ability to quickly understand skincare product features and explain them effectively.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools/Google Sheets is preferred (training will be provided for freshers).
Strong ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
