Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the construction and manufacturing sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and channel partners.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and track industry trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and reports.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Business/Marketing/Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
2-5 years of proven sales experience in construction materials, building products, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client networks.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
