Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Generate new business leads through networking, exhibitions, and industry contacts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients (wholesalers, retailers, distributors, brands, and export houses).
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Present and promote textile/garment products to customers with technical knowledge (fabrics, styles, quality, pricing).
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts with clients.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
Ensure after-sales service and handle customer complaints effectively.
Contribute to product development by providing customer feedback and market insights.
