We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Senior Sales Executive
to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proven record in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, referrals, online).
Handle client inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Conduct site visits and explain project features to clients.
Maintain relationships with customers and provide post-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 years of real estate sales experience
(Residential/Commercial).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good communication & presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
Must have own vehicle.
