We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of products, including perfumes, coffee, matcha, and other related items. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, taking orders, and building long-term client relationships to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company products such as perfumes, coffee, matcha, and other assigned items
Visit existing and potential customers (retailers, distributors, cafes, or direct customers)
Generate new leads and convert them into sales orders
Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback and share competitor insights with management
Maintain sales records and submit regular sales reports
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduation
Previous experience in sales or marketing preferred (FMCG or food & fragrance products is an advantage)
Communicate with clients through professional emails in English regarding product details, pricing, and orders
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and customer handling
