About the Role
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive
to join our
US travel operations team
. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in the
travel industry
, with a focus on
flights and cruise sales
, and a strong understanding of
GDS systems
or other travel booking platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for
driving sales growth

building long-term client relationships
, and delivering a seamless and personalized booking experience to our customers across the
US market

Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound sales calls
for flights, cruises, and vacation packages.
Utilize
GDS systems
(Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, etc.) or other travel tools to search, quote, and book itineraries.
Manage client inquiries efficiently, providing accurate travel information, competitive pricing, and tailored recommendations.
Achieve and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
while maintaining high conversion rates.
Stay updated with
airline and cruise line policies
, fare structures, and ongoing promotions.
Build and maintain
strong relationships
with US-based customers and travel partners.
Collaborate with internal departments for
ticketing, post-sales support, and customer service
to ensure client satisfaction.
Proactively
upsell travel-related products
such as insurance, seat upgrades, and other value-added services.
Key Skills & Requirements
1-3 years of experience
in travel sales (preferably catering to the US market).
Strong proficiency in
GDS systems
(Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) or other relevant booking tools.
Proven experience in
flight and cruise sales
is highly advantageous.
Excellent
communication, persuasion, and negotiation
skills in English.
A
target-driven
and customer-focused approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
Good understanding of
US travel trends, customer preferences, and time zones
.
Flexibility to work
US business hours or rotational shifts
.
