Role Overview

We are looking for a

Telecaller

who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting Astroport's services, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to generate interest and convert leads into successful engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, partners, and institutions to promote Astroport's services and offerings. Handle inbound inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve customer queries. Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the database. Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate with the sales/relationship management team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and contribute to sales conversion goals. Build positive relationships with clients to enhance Astroport's brand image. Share feedback and market insights with the team to improve communication and engagement strategies.

Key Requirements

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage). Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented personality. Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, or call management software).
