Mandatory - Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical) or similar.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (BTech in E&C) or similar is mandatory.

2 YEARS EXPERIENCE MANDATORY

Government sales, including GEM bidding, Tender bidding, Client interaction, site visit and business development.

CANDIDATES WITHOUT B.TECH DEGREE AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE NEED NOT APPLY.

Roles and Responsibilities:

GEM Bidding:

Manage and execute bidding on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. Ensure compliance with all government procurement regulations.

Government Sales:

Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies to drive sales, negotiate deals, and close contracts.

Client Interactions:

Regularly interact with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical assistance, and propose suitable solutions.

Business Development:

Identify potential business opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert them into successful deals.

Reporting:

Prepare detailed sales reports, bid status, and client feedback to present to senior management.

Key Requirements:

Must hold a BTech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering or a similar field. Experience with GEM bidding and government sales is highly preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
